Building Regulations

Building regulations are a set of rules that specify the minimum acceptable level of safety for the construction of buildings. The building regulations were set out in the Building Act 1984. The main two sections which are relevant to sustainable design are Part L (conservation of fuel and power) and Part F (means of ventilation)
